Return And Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

Payments will not be returned under any condition because of the wholesale nature of our business.

2. Exchange Only Policy

If there is a valid issue with the material, the customer will receive a replacement, not a refund. Replacement will be provided with the same item or another item of equal value, depending on stock availability.

3. Conditions for Return / Exchange

To qualify for exchange, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In original condition
  • Packed the same way as delivered
  • Identical to the item received.

If the material is altered, damaged, broken, burnt, or used after delivery, no exchange will be accepted.

4. Broken Item on Delivery

If an item arrives broken, customers must report it within 24 hours with clear photo/video evidence. Only the broken piece(s) will be replaced, not refunded.

5. China Polish / Disposable Items

China polish items and disposable raw materials may have:

  • Minor finishing differences
  • Shade variation
  • Polish inconsistencies
  • Manufacturing imperfections

These are normal for factory-made goods and not considered defects, so they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

6. Polish Difference Is Not Our Responsibility

Returns are accepted only when the product is:

  • unused
  • undamaged
  • In the original condition
  • Received exactly as delivered

Approved returns will be exchanged with replacement material.
Refunds are not offered.

7. Polish Difference Is Not Our Responsibility

Polish shade or tone may vary slightly from batch to batch.
Polish difference is not our concern and such products cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. Damaged After Use = No Exchange

If a customer damages the item after receiving it (bent, broken, burnt, scratched, or mishandled), the item cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. Market Fluctuation & Rate Issues

Price changes due to market fluctuation are not grounds for return or refund. Wholesale pricing varies daily and confirmed rates remain final.

10. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved, the customer must send the item back safely. Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was from our side.

11. Exchange Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and verified, replacement stock will be shipped within the standard processing and delivery timeframe.
